This was not an enjoyable time, due to the 2 abhorrent chokepoints this level features: the wave gap at 11% where the spike moves in way too close to the other spikes, and the god damn jump at 36%, that might be one of the worst clicks in any insane demon.
That sucks a lot, because the 2nd half of this level is genuinely insanely fun, probably some of the most enjoyable gameplay in an insane demon I’ve ever played. The dual is frustrating though because it likes to just kill you when it wants. Dying to 96 and 91x2 didn’t help a whole lot either.
Also I need to mention the last ship, how the HELL did I not die? I almost hit every obstacle possible, that was probably my biggest reaction in a while, since I couldn’t believe I survived that.
Overall, I would not recommend this, but if you really like janky 2.0 levels, go ahead. Next I will be playing Asymmetry, so hopefully it’s more enjoyable, we’ll see.
