Wow I am actually writing this description, ok where to start.
The last big goal I had for this game was to make a level I can be proud of and have other people play. I like making layouts but I never wanted to put in the time to decorate, especially if I wouldn’t be proud of it. Anyways I made the layout for this and it was definitely my favorite gameplay I’ve made, but it was mostly just for fun and I didn’t expect it to ever get decorated.
The most surreal moment I’ve ever had with this game was when xuser pinged me offering to decorate this. Like, I don’t know how I’m living in a reality where one of my favorite creators wanted to decorate my gameplay, but damn I’m happy it’s the reality I’m living in.
I’m so glad with how this turned out, I love what xuser did with every part and it’s super fun to watch this over and over again and notice something new every time. There’s a bunch of little details that I’ll let the viewer see for themself. I hope this is a level people can enjoy playing and watching, I’m really excited to see people beat it and read what they have to say about it, positive or negative. If you’re thinking about playing this, it’s probably a beginner or easy tier extreme from what the playtesters have said, but I don't think anyone knows for sure yet.
Finally, there’s definitely some people I have to thank. Super lucky to have met them and that they stuck around even though I was probably really annoying the first year I was on discord lmao
Xuser: as if the glaze wasn’t crazy enough… I didn’t expect to ever have a rate worthy level on the servers, but I can because he was willing to take time out of his life to decorate it. It was so awesome to watch xuser’s progress and how our ideas blended together. So yeah thanks a whole lot for that.
KiwiPenguin: for not only helping with the level but being basically the entire reason the layout exists (and by extension the full level). I’m terrible at finding songs to make gameplay to, so I usually resort to asking for suggestions. Kiwi suggested I use this song, and I really liked it so it eventually it came to be. This is actually super funny because kiwi also asked for song suggestions and xuser suggested Hide by Lapse, which in turn caused Neurostasis to exist. This is such an absurd coincidence I feel like the chances of this happening have to be unbelievably low.
Last but not least, huge thanks to: 1millionsharks, Bram4Real, CherrimPlushie, ElectricNJ, Hypno, insosil, JoacoWoop, kayla, mango77, mera, mocha, maxxormen, nekoshii, and Rowanm for playtesting or helping with the building process.
God this description probably seems super cheesy and cringe and way too fucking long buuut I don’t care. It’s easy to see the length and go “i’m not reading allat” and if so I honestly can’t blame you. If you DID read allat however, that means a lot so thanks :)
