I started out just planning to grill up some Texas Twinkies — jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese and brisket (I substituted ground beef), wrapped in bacon, and smoked. But right as I was getting into it, Mom came out on the deck and decided to hang out. It was the perfect opportunity to do some more personal content (which you guys have been asking for) while staying true to what the channel is about. So, with her permission I started recording.
Next thing I know, we’re talking, laughing, and just enjoying the day while I cook. I don't know how long we'll have her around, but I'm glad we have her now.
