For me, the most enjoyable, relaxing cooks are the simple ones. There's nothing better than coming home from church, changing into something comfortable and firing up the grill for a nice dinner. This time it was delicious Chicken Drumsticks. Chicken Drumsticks (often called chicken legs) are so easy, but so delicious on on the grill. I marinated them in Tajin for 30 minutes, then seasoned them with a nice AP rub. For a nice smokey flavor I added a chunk of Apple wood to the fire. Perfect!
