About the Grid Barrier Animation
Creating Grid Barrier Animation is easy but what you only need to take care of is the Base Image and Bar Mask. Creating a Base Image is out of my scope because I didn't find an easy way of doing that in PowerPoint. I mean you can learn more about creating the Base Image of your own from the following link:

We are going to use a third-party virus-safe application to create the Base Image.

You also need 7 to 8 different frames of the same image. Like, you can also use a short GIF file and can convert that GIF into separate image frames using the following online service.
📋 How to Convert GIFs to Separate Images

Then all you need is to Compute Animation and then save the Base and Mask and two separate files. Later, insert those Base and Mask image files into the PowerPoint and apply the Left Motion Path. Remove the White Color from the Mask Bar using the Format Set Transparency Color command.
