In 2010 Greg Hallett went to Buckingham Palace and 10 downing Street to deliver letters acknowledging Fransisco manoel as the rightful heir to the throne and greg as his 'representative'

This was before he wrote the hidden king books (unavailable since changing his narrative) with manoel, and changed his story to claim he is rightful King (which I debunked)
