Simon has been claiming that he won a court case against the BBC, he collected funds from his CC members for this purpose, his members are now questioning whether this is a lie, there is no evidence of a case against the BBC, and he will not provide any

He has however, sued 2 other individuals for a video they made about him, the funds for this was likely from that of which he'd collected claiming he was fighting a 'david v goliath' case against the BBC
