I've had a lot of questions about how I heat my greenhouses. I use double barrel wood stoves. These are easy to assemble, consisting of a store bought kit and 55 gallon drums. I have 2 different setups in my greenhouses, allowing me to heat over 110 feet in length. The stoves are modified so that they are airtight and fresh air is supplied from outside with a blower. The blower is controlled by a thermostat, making this function much like a typical household furnace. In this video, I explain exactly how I have it all setup, and also provide a few tips and suggestions that could help anyone looking to heat a greenhouse, shop, or garage.
