Here is a Peterbilt 320 with a first gen. McNeilus Recycler owned and operated by Green Waste of Tehama a Waste Connections company. The Tehama yard runs 6 of these out of there yard on a daily basses so when I had the opportunity to film here I took it.The Tehama yard is a quite interesting yard truck wise.This yard gets all the old trucks from other yards around CA.When Green Waste of San Jose got its contract renewed the city specified that any new trucks they are going to buy HAVE to be CNG,and as most of the trucks are reaching there estimated life span San Jose asked most WC yards if they want any of there trucks.Green Waste of Tehama took about 2 Labrie Cool Hand's but put them out of service after a liability issue. The yard now has about 6 Labrie Automizer as there main ASL's and one EX-El Dorado Disposal M/A.When the contract goes up in late 2016 all the McNeilus Recycler and non ASL trucks will be taken out of service and be replaced with EX-San Jose Labrie Automizer's. More then likely I will come one finale time before they get rid of the trucks and hopefully catch the roll out of recycling carts.Any way BIG thx to the driver and the yard manager for letting me and Chris (Milldogg73) to take a tour of the yard.ALSO another BIG thx is to Chris (Milldogg73) for meeting me at 6 am TWO times and touring me around the area and the drivers.I couldn't do it with out you.
