Roots4Life is a new charity based on an 8 acre site in New Eltham Greenwich, London.

Green Mondays is Roots4Life's Green Social Prescribing project. Participants come from a variety of backgrounds including, refugees and people who are socially isolated or suffering mental ill health, depression or anxiety to take part in outdoor activities.
