Lamentations 3:21 ¶ This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope.
Lamentations 3:22 It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.
Lamentations 3:23 They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.
Lamentations 3:24 The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.
We read this portion of scripture the other night in our family Bible reading time, and it reminded me of the old hymn, "Great Is Thy Faithfulness". In a constantly changing world, the body of Christ can always rely on the fact that our God doesn't change.
