Testimony resumes Tuesday morning in the case against Bruce Foster III, who is accused of killing two people and injuring several others in a shooting at the KDC One warehouse. Foster faces 19 charges, including murder.

Workers who were shot during the shooting in February 2025 testified for the first time Monday.

Foster has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. His legal team argues he was diagnosed with acute psychosis and was having delusions. Prosecutors argue he knew right from wrong.
