The defense is expected to begin its case in the trial of Bruce Foster III, the suspect in the New Albany warehouse mass shooting.

Foster is accused of killing two co-workers and injuring several others after opening fire inside the KDC/One plant. He has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.


Prosecutors argue Foster knew what he was doing, saying he took an Uber from the scene to his Columbus apartment.
