CSX and Grand Trunk at Holly, Michigan in the early 1990s. Holly is south of Flint where Grand Trunk's (now CN) Holly Subdivision crosses CSX's Saginaw Subdivision (now Lake State). The "passenger train" appears to be an NRHS Blue Water chapter excursion.

The tower and depot still stand in 2026.
