Pulling Favors: Franklin meets his first 'stranger' Tonya who helps his help to tow a car

- VERY straight forward mission, just avoid crashing into cop cars like I did and (obviously) don't destroy the tow truck and the car that needs to be towed. Very easy mission. No weapons needed

- Franklin's last name is revealed in this mission
