Boomshine Saigon: Phil Cassidy loses his right arm and it's up to Tommy to take Phil to the hospital before time runs out

- First ever GTA mission where the player gets to drive drunk

- The driving sensitivity is WAY higher when drunk so turn the wheel VERY slightly. Speed remains the same, just the handling's different

- After passing this mission Phil rewards Tommy to purchase heavy fire power at his place. Items include Remote Bomb, Minigun, RPG, and M60
