Williamsport stepped up to the plate Tuesday night as the 20th annual Little League World Series Grand Slam Parade took over downtown, bringing a burst of color, music and community spirit to the city.
With marching bands, dance groups, floats and thousands of fans lining the streets, the parade officially got the ball rolling on another year of Little League tradition.
At the heart of it all were the 20 teams from across the United States and around the world, ready to begin their journey in the 79th Little League World Series.
