GRAND SEASON OPENING 2025 RECAP
What an unforgettable night! ✨
Our Grand Season Opening at the Adrienne Arsht Center was a breathtaking start to the 2025–2026 Season of The Miami Symphony Orchestra, led by Maestro Eduardo Marturet. 🌟🎶
From the soaring, emotional performance of soprano Catherin Meza in collaboration with the Florida Grand Opera, to the powerful depth and lyricism of cellist Anna Litvinenko, and culminating with a spectacular and deeply moving performance of Rachmaninov’s Symphony No. 2, the evening was filled with artistry, passion, and symphonic brilliance. 🎤🎻✨
Thank you, Miami, for celebrating this magical night with us and for supporting the Official Symphony Orchestra of the City of Miami!
Here’s to a season filled with beauty, inspiration, and unforgettable music! 💫🎵
🎶 Program:
Wagner – Tristan & Isolde: Prelude and Liebestod
Dvořák – Concerto for Violoncello and Orchestra in B minor, op. 104
Rachmaninov – Symphony No. 2 in E minor, op. 27
