This is the result of thunderstorms coming through last night and melting snow. These shots were actually taken after the river had already receded 3 feet! Normally you can see the river bed in the MIDDLE of the river, underneath the bridge pictured at the start. It wasn't quite as bad as the major flood we had in 2006 in Painesville. Footage includes the Grand River, and Paine Creek.
