Did not add any EMP skills to Kolulu and Azazel.
MC has one dmg cap up node maxed.
Note that Kolulu is still able to do Tallyho (when red hp) if the Boss is still alive after the Chain Burst attack which is not shown in both contexts.

Noob and panic mistakes were made.
I had to redo this challenge over 6 times.
My tactics & observations:
1. Capture oil derrick immediately
2. Get two Helix asap, fill with mini-gunners and tank hunters(Ratio up to you)
3. Two helix must be positioned ahead to counter Anthrax Bomb plane
4. Get Nuclear Silo + Rank 2 Artillery Barrage against SCUD Launcher(Top Left)
5. Apparently ECM is bloody useful vs rocket buggies. I had forgotten to build one for base defense.
6. Get 1 Helix(6 T-Hunter +2 M-gunners defend base from Sneak Attacks + Rebel Ambushes)
7. Mass Infantry(Cannon Fodder & Anti Vehicles) + Troop Crawler (Detection) + Inferno Cannons(Anti-Buildings) + 2 Listening Outposts(Healing) to assault bases
8. Whenever possible, use Nuclear silo + Artillery Barrage against Arms Dealers (Top middle and Bottom Left)
9. There are 3 Bases: Top Right(3 Oil Derricks I think),Top Left(Arms Dealer, Palace, SCUD Launcher, Barracks) and Bottom Left(Black Market + Arms Dealer)")

Noob mistakes were made.
Played this Challenge 4 times. I got a lucky lull in enemy attacks.
My tactics & observations:
1. AI initial attacks differ in each playthroughs
2. Do not build bunker immediately after 1st barracks, as 3 Comanches will strike. Use Command Center as tank and mini-gunners long AA range.
3. Capture oil derricks at the west. Maintain one bunker to defend them.
4. Gradually maintain 3 to 6 bunkers at top left, to lure Aurora Bomber and Comanches strikes. Do not garrison too many infantry. It will be very stressful and demoralizing
5. Separate infantry outside in groups of 3 as if they were like a bunker. They are to strike down any unloaded Aurora Bomber. Multiple groups of infantry in guard mode can outrange Comanches for a brief moment.
6. Obviously build Barracks & Nuclear Reactors as targets for PC
7.Build Internet Center & Bunker(5 TH,3 Mini) at bottom left. Internet Center will become a primary target for A-10 strikes. There will be a enemy heli drop(1 sentry drone,1 path finder, etc infantry) or spawn.
8. Build 2 Inferno cannons & 1 Helix(6 mini,2TH) to expand influence & space.
9. Use the additional space to spam reactors and nuclear silos
10. Assault enemy base with Helix once you had destroyed enemy power grid with Nuclear Missiles.")
