This is Gran Turismo 5 Prologue running on the PS3 RPCS3 emulator on PC. 720p resolution has a boxed screen but decent graphics. 1080p goes full screen but the graphics are broken during gameplay camera views. I showcase both resolutions in this video.
Settings are basic/default.
