How to put a new seal into the tip guard. You could have the wrong RAC X Tip Seat (OneSeal) / gasket installed for the application you require. There’s 2 sizes, one for FFLP and one for LP airless spray tips

It’s handy to have 2 RAC X Tip Guards as follows, ready for use..

FFLP = smaller oraffice seal / gasket
eg FFLP 308 and 310 for fine finish spraying lacquers and acrylics

LP = larger oraffice seal / gasket
eg LP 515 and 517 for spraying emulsions
