Picked up this 2013 Polaris Switchback 800 for $2,500 (yes, really 😏) and figured the only responsible thing to do was take it straight out for a rip.
This is a raw ride-along on a mud road to see how this 800 two-stroke actually runs, pulls, and handles in real conditions — no polishing, no fluff, just throttle, noise, and questionable life choices.
Plenty of power, classic Switchback attitude, and enough mud to keep things interesting. Not bad for a sled that cost so little.
If you like budget sleds, sketchy roads, and engines screaming like they owe money, you’re in the right place.
