this is a pretty easy fix if you have a stiff steering cable on your old boat. if you follow this process and maybe let it sit under pressure for an hour or two before working the steering wheel back and forth that may help getting the lube where it needs to be. for me at least this process worked and my boat can now be steered pretty easily.
