Using 720p and custom ini because the game doesn't have graphical options at all and sometimes went even under 20fps. My ini can be get from mega.nz/file/8phBWKQa#av2bbNbm1oh21vC37RCu1iToM0f9BJmE6L58A1JSZjw

Unrar the files and go to C:\users\name of your user\appdata\local\Nirvana\Config. Extract them there and put them as read-only.
