Using rpcs3 0.0.11-10742. Have in mind this game compile lots of shaders, so my advice play different practice matches with different stages so the emu generate the shaders. After that, next game you boot the game the emu will load the shader cache and everything will run ok. Recorded with windows 10 DVR.
