The Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5 used to be the very top of Goodyear's ultra high performance summer tyre range.

This year, Goodyear launched the Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperSport, SuperSport R and SuperSport RS.

The new SuperSport sits above the Asymmetric 5 in the performance category, but is still firmly a road tyre, where as the SuperSport R and RS move the bias away from road and towards track use.

In this video, I test the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5 against the new Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperSport and SuperSport R using a Ford Focus RS wearing 235/35 R19 tyres.

As always, we've done a full test, covering dry, wet, braking, comfort, handling and noise.
