Ever wondered about the differences between a summer, all season, and winter tire in the snow even when not attached to a vehicle? Even with a relatively light amount of weight on them, which means the siping on the all-seasonal and winter tires does not fully take effect, there is still a drastic difference in snow traction and grip.
