Here is a video I made in honor of Douglas Trumbull (1942-2022).
He did the special effects for such films as 2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY (1968), SILENT RUNNING (1972), CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND (1977), STAR TREK: THE MOTION PICTURE (1979), BLADE RUNNER (1982), and BACK THE THE FUTURE: THE RIDE (1990).
