This is a 1994 Doom WAD called MOUNTAIN.WAD, a WAD that replaces the third episode of Doom that I also remember seeing an image of on the "Rocket launcher" page of the Doom Wiki way back in 2010. For the year it was released, it was a pretty ambitious project, and while it may have not aged too well, it's a Doom WAD you should all check out.

This is a roller coaster that goes underground plenty of times, as it is a mining roller coaster. Its also quite a fast roller coaster as well.
