The Jar Cannon was real and it could hurt you.
Inspired by real-world historical designs, the Jar Cannon is an absolute meme in Elden Ring and comes with a hilarious backstory. Alongside the Pulley Bow and Pulley Crossbow, the Jar Cannon was also one of the most technologically advanced weapons found in the Lands Between.
In this video, I make the case that these weapons were all invented by one of the Golden Order's greatest minds: the ever-brilliant Goldmask. I also explore the failed assault on Volcano Manor, where these weapons were all deployed (though not necessarily used).
