Any% No Save & Quit speedrun of Golden Sun: The Lost Age.
Now that's what I call a spicy PB! All thing considered I can only be happy with this improvement, especially for what I think was my 4th run.
While there is still plenty of timesave left, PBing is definitely not gonna come as easy from here on out.

A run of big highs and big lows, with a new skip in Egg Fleet. Apologies for the low mic audio this run, some program messed with my audio levels (despite having the option to allow that disabled grumble grumble). More improvements to come!
The following tricks and glitches are prohibited:
- Bop Boost (accidental bop boost states are fine, taking advantage of them is not)
- Bingo Highway Skip
- Pinball Table Launching
- Mystic Mansion Cage Clip

- Power Formation Flight (ground pounds with skewed gravity are allowed, chaining them is not)
- Bingo Highway Skip
- Pinball Table Launching
