The Word of God tells us in Second Timothy chapter three, verse one, that in the last days perilous times shall come, and it certainly seems to us that those times are rapidly approaching, or are perhaps already here.
“Going to hell in a handbasket” is an old expression that most of us here in America have heard, and it means that something is deteriorating rapidly, declining quickly, or heading toward total ruin and disaster. It is often used to emphasize declining standards, a worsening situation or societal calamity.
In this message, Pastor Kemble discusses some of these concerns, and shows how this old saying actually originated from the Bible, with Zechariah’s vision, found in chapter five of the Book of Zechariah.
