Goat Yoga, also called "GOGA", offers healing therapy in a fun, relaxed environment. It's a great way to connect with nature while getting a healthy workout! Another benefit is that while you're interacting with the baby goats, you're giving them stimulating enrichment. It's a win-win for everyone!
