Despite any opposition made toward Him, God still invites us into relationship. In that relationship is the only place you can truly find real freedom!

Our West Senior Pastor, Seth Swindall, continues week eight of our teachinh series, Summer in the Psalms.
Psalm 34 reminds us that trouble is not a possibility in life, it’s a guarantee. For those who belong to Jesus, trouble is never faced alone. God sees His people, hears their cries, stays close to the brokenhearted, and promises to rescue those whose spirits are crushed.
In this message, Pastor Seth explores the following Scriptures:
Psalm 34:15-19 NLT
The eyes of the Lord watch over those who do right; his ears are open to their cries for help. But the Lord turns his face against those who do evil; he will erase their memory from the earth. The Lord hears his people when they call to him for help. He rescues them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed. The righteous person faces many troubles, but the Lord comes to the rescue each time.
James 1:2 NLT
Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy.
Hebrews 4:15-16 NLT
This High Priest of ours [Jesus] understands our weaknesses, for he faced all of the same testings we do, yet he did not sin. So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.
Ephesians 5:10-11 NLT
Carefully determine what pleases the Lord. Take no part in the worthless deeds of evil and darkness; instead, expose them.
Isaiah 53:4-5 NLT
It was our weaknesses he carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God, a punishment for his own sins! But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed.
Matthew 8:16 NASB
…[Jesus] healed all who were ill.

About Church on the Move:
We are a family of churches in northeast Oklahoma. Our mission is to introduce people to the real Jesus. A lot of people know about Jesus but have yet to experience the life-changing power of His grace and truth. Knowing Jesus has transformed our lives, so our goal for each of our worship services, from our kids’ environments on up, is to help people know that same love.
We actively pursue Jesus in everything we do and we believe He’s given us a vision for a church that is deeply centered on Him and His word.
