Many of you have asked for more help with Godot, and Alex is stepping back into the breach!

0:01 Introduction
2:25 Workshop beings

Why Care about Ray Marching: If you want smoke or clouds or fog or refractions or liquids to look beautiful or haunting or special or strange, ray marching might be the answer. It can be a great intro to tech art if you know absolutely nothing about tech art because it includes learning basic shader design. Or if you just have insomnia/anxiety and need to relax, there's a reason technical art shader videos rank on ASMR YouTube.

Have Godot installed with a blank project open. If you've followed a few hours worth of intro to programming videos on YouTube, it'll be roughly that level. If you are an experienced programmer but have no idea what ray marching is, he'll be throwing out possible additions you can add to the code yourself.
