"God Save the South" is a poem-turned-song considered by some to have been the unofficial national anthem of the Confederate States of America. The words were written in 1861 by George Henry Miles, under the pen name Earnest Halphin. It was most commonly performed to a tune by Charles Wolfgang Amadeus Ellerbrock, although a second version was also published with a tune by C. T. De Cœniél.

Blue Dawn is an alternate history scenario where everything goes perfectly for the Western powers (aka NATO). Establishing a Westerners dream as all of Earth falls under Pax Americana.
In this case, the scenario takes place after the Great Asian War, also known as the Pacific War. The United States and her allies were victorious as China would fall into rebellion and instability during the war, allowing for a NATO triumph. China was carved up among nationalities, and the people who had been oppressed by the CCP were given freedom and autonomy. With the Republic of China/Taiwan being slowly incorporated into the new Chinese Nationalist led mainland, since they havent run that land in decades. The US and her Pacific allies set up military bases and ports along the Chinese coast, as well as form a new defensive pact across East Asia as a way to counter a possibly rising India and to establish a sense of unity among the allies. The Pacific Defenese Organization (PDO) contains the nations of Japan, the Philippines, the Republic of China, the Republic of Vietnam, Korea, and the newly formed United States of North America.
