Chapter 11: Delphi Catacombs
- Souls of Hades unlocked @ 1:39. By pressing Square (2x), Triangle (Plume of Prometheus) a soul of Hades' arm will rise from the ground and attack enemies in it's proximity. Take note that higher upgrades means additional arms can be summoned making heated battles more favorable to the player. After certain deaths, player gets reward with GREEN Orbs
- The Stone Talos returns @ 6:48 sporting a different look and moves. They no longer resemble Zeus, but more of Hades (helmet) now. Their hammer now does ground attacks which can easily be blocked. However they now launch themselves in the air for a heavy attack (like the Harpies do) which CANNOT be blocked, but easily dodged. The Talos can also set themselves on fire (IF player uses Destruction of Ares magic). This is Invincible Mode. In it magic, and any kind of attacks cannot stop it until it's out of Invincible Mode...which can last up to a full minute (starts @ 8:57). Defensively they will block the chain-grapple. Take note by performing the QTE will give Kratos gold orbs
I hate this part (@ 15:17)
- The Wraiths return @ 19:26 sporting a awesome look and familiar moves. Unlike GoWIII, these Wraiths, like the Sirens have also been rebuffed. Players can no longer spam-grab them, nor huge air-combos. Collision Damage is also difficult as the chains swing the opposite way of the other Wraiths, making it difficult to perform combos. They're once again a huge threat to Kratos. Offensively they're very aggressive and like to attack in numbers. They can now summon ghost copies of themselves (which can be grabbed) to do their bidding. If left alone they will also track the player from the ground (it's their calling card) and launch themselves when player is near. Good news is all their attacks are blockable. Defensively they can now block the chain-grapple. Overall they haven't been this threatening since GoWII and in this vid it was enough to put me in a defensive stance. I strongly recommend using magic and rage against them. They're that lethal
