Psycho Killer: Kent Paul tells Tommy there's a stalker who's after the band. It's up to Tommy to stop him

- Pretty straight forward mission where the player chases the psycho in a slightly faster car. Simply do drive-byes or ram his car to end the mission. There's no time limit BUT be aware the car does NOT appear on the map during the car chase

- No reason was given why this psycho wants Love Fist or his background story
