God is Light (1 John 1) Challenging sermon by Pastor Cody Coblentz
What does it truly mean that "God is light, and in him is no darkness at all"? In this challenging message from 1 John 1, Cody Coblentz points us to one of the clearest declarations about God's holy character and calls us to examine our own hearts in light of that truth. As the Apostle John reflects on personally walking with Jesus Christ, he reminds us that genuine fellowship with God is never built on appearances or empty claims, but on walking in the light of His truth.
Throughout this sermon, we are reminded that Christ alone makes true fellowship with God possible. While it is easy to profess faith outwardly, 1 John confronts us with an important question: Does our walk match our talk?
