God Emperor Doom might be coming to the MCU sooner than we expect.

With the Russo Brothers discussing the possibility of Battleworld appearing in either Avengers: Doomsday or Avengers: Secret Wars, I think Marvel could start laying the groundwork for it during Doomsday.

That becomes interesting when you look at the comics. In Jonathan Hickman’s Secret Wars, Victor von Doom takes incredible power for himself, creates Battleworld from what remains of the Multiverse, and rules over it as God Emperor Doom.

So what if Doomsday doesn’t just lead us toward Battleworld? What if the movie actually ends with its creation and begins Doom’s transformation into the version we eventually see in Secret Wars?

Nothing confirms Marvel is taking this exact route, but if Battleworld arrives earlier than expected, God Emperor Doom might have to as well.

Would you want to see God Emperor Doom introduced in Doomsday, or should Marvel save his full transformation for Secret Wars?
