I wasn't satisfied with the behavior of v0.2, so I rewrote it. Need to find a good way to handle the camera when the car is crashing/tumbling but otherwise I like it much more than the old version.

Remove any old versions of ks_nord in your mods or levels folder and clear your cache before installing. Place the .zip file in your mods folder to install. Ultra lighting is recommended if you can run it.

- Collision holes all along Döttinger Höhe (long back straight) road edge have been fixed
- Fixed textures of off-track buildings
- Replaced static Touristenfahrten entry gate meshes with animated meshes that open automatically when you get close to them
- Refuelling locations added in T13 pit area and GP-Strecke pit lane
- Distant treeline billboard material is now correctly set to double-sided
- Default Grass groundmodel replaced with a custom shallower groundmodel to prevent very low cars (e.g. Carbonworks F4) from getting beached and to improve grip loss
- Adjusted multilayer detail texture scales to be a bit more varied

- Black stripes in grass fixed. Appears to be a changed behavior of detail normal textures in 0.28 but doesnt affect my other maps as far as I know.

- Bloom fix. A script is now included to automatically increase the bloom threshold making it less blown out.
- Lighting adjustments: Sun brightness has been reduced slightly. New static cubemaps.
