Glycon lets you easily create motion capture data for use in games and movies. Just slap your VR headset on and launch Glycon. Record yourself doing whatever it is you want to do, and save it out as BVH, FBX, or raw CSV data.
In this video I cover most of the features. I forgot about finger tracking through. To use finger tracking on an Oculus Quest or Quest 2, just set the controllers down, and if you've enabled finger tracking for your device, your hands will start tracking your fingers.
