This Gluten-Free Apple Crumble is a perfectly warm and comforting dessert for colder weather. The filling is tender and juicy and laced with brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. The rolled oat and almond topping provides a crispy crunch. I serve this apple crumble with simple ginger-infused whip cream, but you could easily sub out a great vanilla ice cream in place of it.

You can cook at various temperatures, which allows for a wide range of preparations. I've found success with several dishes including pork chops, whole fish, steaks, roasted veggies and desserts like the apple crumble in this video.
