This video training for volunteer gleaners discusses the handling of produce and the importance of using food safety practices. Reducing the risk of human pathogen contamination onto produce is important for everyone. The topics in this training are specific to human pathogen risk prevention during the harvesting of produce.
Once you have watched the training you can take an anonymous 5 question quiz, where upon answering all questions correctly you will receive proof that you watched and understood the information shared.
