Ever since UCN has disappointed me in 2018, I've been looking for someone to have a pretty good headcanon voice for him.
The M PVT interview series has a pretty good one, I just gotta hear it without all the reverb.
There's also a video voicing all of the unvoiced UCN characters that gets it pretty close too, but the voice layering being the only effect don't make it. (The Nightmare Chica one is SO GOOD)
So I decided to do one myself. Of course I can't do a voice. I could maybe get the way he talks down, but my actual voice ain't cutting it.

I watched MD-PTVs interviewed series. They characterize him very well, and hes got like the best fan voice Ive heard of him so far.
Animating him in 2D is a pain though. Ive been drawing him since I was like 12. So much so that Ive memorized his wire patterns.
There are a few inconsistencies, but thats because I didnt draw a ref of how he looks here.
