For those who have trouble getting images from these sites you can use just about any high resolution ground images for creating the ground texture layers.
My favorite is Pixabay: pixabay.com
You will need to set up an account, but it's free.
Just log in and do a search.
I find the best stuff under the categories; backgrounds/textures, Nature/Landscapes, Places/Monuments, and Travel/Vacation.
I usually search for the keywords: ocean, ice, forest, or forest floor, rock. rivers, etc, you get the idea.
