This is a router bit that, as soon as I'd seen it, wanted it and was already designing furniture pieces in my head to make from it. All it has to do is its job...
Designed to cut a profile into Conti-board/MFC (melamine faced chip board), melamine mdf, plywood and solid woods, when folded 90 degrees, it creates a seamless outside radius.
There are though some challenges to overcome for the router bit to be successful. Are these challenges worth the effort? This I explore in the video and I think the answer is clear.
