Cha Young Min was in love with Jang Se Jin when he was a young doctor, but she left for the states without saying goodbye. When he goes into a coma, she comes to the hospital for her father but discovers Cha. Taking leave from the US hospital, she stays to take care of Cha, eventually discovering that he exists as a ghost beside her and that he can inhabit the body of the young resident, Go Seung Tak.
