The auroras were visible with the naked eye, so I got some photos and videos. There were some rapid flashes across the sky and I got some video of a couple of them in this 8-second video. Glad it wasn't raining as usually seems to happen when there's something interesting going on in the sky.
Filmed in Saanich (Victoria), Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.
